The Christmas Gift Guide!

First things first, Full disclosure. This blog post is sponsored, and yes, I know what your thinking, here we go again with more sponsored blog posts (Cue the eye rolls!) But! do not fret! As with most of the blogging community we would never promote anything we haven't thoroughly researched, and products that we ourselves would not like or think readers would enjoy! So even though this is a paid post. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

So, now the whole disclaimer bit is over and done with, I can actually get into the good bit! The christmas gift guide!!

So, I give you....

UncommonGoods.com!!

For those of you that are unsure about uncommongoods.com, they are an online American based retailer, who ship internationally.

Their website launched back in the year 2000.

The brand work alongside artists and small manufacturers to provide their customers with sustainable and Eco friendly products. Some products even contain recycled components and others are hand made.

The brand also refuse to sell any products containing real fur, real leather or feathers.

On top of this brand also being against animal cruelty, they also strive to create a more cruelty free world for Human beings too. Hence why in the year 2001 they created a "Better To Give." Program which means that with every online purchase a donation of $1 can be donated to a non profit organisation, which has raised absolute thousands throughout the years.

A real fantastic ethical brand that I personally have no problem supporting. I would prefer my money went to a ethical and cruelty free brand any day!

Uncommongoods.com provide unique, creative and personalized gifts for you and your loved ones, ranging from affordable to luxury prices and in this blog post I'm going to share with you, just a few of my favourite gift idea choices.

Gifts For The Ladies!

What I love about you Book- £7.58

Okay, so I'll admit, maybe this gift idea is a bit soppy, but who doesn't love a bit of romance!?

This book is pretty much exactly what it says. A book where the person fills in each page about all the things they love about you. And it's absolutely perfect for that special someone in your life. Not to mention a really great keepsake!

Think about it. In years to come, you can look back over this book and totally cringe at all the embarrassing and romantic things you've written. Now how can you not love that!? (No pun intended, promise!)

For even more truly romantic and cheesy gifts! Click Here!

Mini Gold Dipped lace Earrings- £24.25

These. Look. Stunning!

Lets all be honest here, you can never go wrong with a simple piece of jewellery for pretty much any occasion as a gift. But why not push the boat out this Christmas and get these hand made, lace detailed, gold dipped earrings!

I also think that these earrings are a great gift as they are very reasonably priced for an item that is hand made.

A perfect gift with sentimental value, and the heart shaped earrings can be a constant reminder of your love for that special someone. (I know. Cringe!)

And if your feeling EXTRA generous, there is also a matching necklace available.

My Family Cookbook- £26.45

I know what everyone's thinking, oh just because she's a woman doesn't mean she need a cook book! However, I absolutely love this idea!

It's basically a recipe book, where you can spend some quality time with your family members jotting down your favourite meals, or learning how to make something special, maybe a recipe passed down from another family member!

The book comes with blank pages ( obviously too fill in the recipes!) a section to place pictures, conversion charts and you could even have people write reviews once they taste some of the recipes!

Another really great personalised gift, that can bring the family a bit closer together this christmas season!

I know this recipe book would come in handy, as well as being a great gift idea. Especially since my mother lost the piece of paper that had our recipe for orange cheesecake that we usually have every Christmas!

Gift Ideas For Men!

Bad Idea/ Good Idea shot Glasses-£15.50

Let's get real here, we all know someone who doesn't know when too many shots are a bad idea! So why not get him these fun, quirky shot glasses. Part for your own amusement, but also just a funny reminder to take care of yourself when drinking.

With this funny set of two shot glasses, you can decide what's a good idea or bad!

There are also plenty of other available options if your stuck on Christmas present, just click here!

Rememory Game- £18.15

This little card game, is exactly what it says, a game all about memories, and thinking back on all those life changing moments!

Each player gets to pick three cards, giving a clue as to the person, time and memory. The player then gets to share the memory with all the other game players.

A rather sweet, touching card game that will be a great fun night in for family, especially during those cold, long winter nights throughout the Christmas season. Helping you to create fun new memories, while thinking back to all those dramatic and fun things that you've already experienced.

A really great gift to help bring the family together, in a way that doesn't involve technology! Going back to basics in the rememory game!

Electric Light blocks- £22.67

Okay, so I know quite a few boys, that would absolutely love something like this. Perfect for any Lego Lovers, or if you know someone who just happens to be super creative.

For this price you receive a pack of 36 blocks, that you then use to build whatever you want. Robots, a sky scraper... you know the sky is the limit! (I'm sorry for these terrible puns..)

The blocks connect to a rechargeable power base. Working as a fun nightlight, office space décor or lighting. etc.

Perfect for men off all ages, and not too expensive either!

Stocking Fillers!

Fidget Blocks- £12.12

Okay, so everyone knows we live in a world that is always super fast paced and busy. We also know that a lot of people battle mental health problems now a days. So why not use a simple stocking filler to show someone you care about how they feel and what they're going through?

This little gift, can be a great distraction from all of life's problems.

You just twist and turn all the blocks into different shapes to create, well, whatever you want!

This could also be a really great way to kill time when travelling, waiting on appointments, etc

Encourage the person you love to take some time out, de-stress and look after their mind, as well as providing them with the opportunity to be creative on the go!

The website Also has tonnes of other quirky little stocking fillers, so feel free to check them out by clicking here!

Food Hugger Set- £7.57

Okay, I'll admit this is a bit of a random stocking filler idea, but as a lot of people are focusing on taking better care of their health, and a lot of people are also making drastic lifestyle choices. I.E becoming vegetarian or vegan. Why not provide a more practical gift this Christmas season.

These food huggers are simply, silicon cups, that come in a variety of shapes and sizes.

I mean how often does a recipe require half of this, or half of that? Why not save yourself money by reducing food waste but also keep your fruit and veg stored safely for your next meal prep session.

See doesn't seem like such a bad gift idea anymore does it!!

Sweater Mug Hugger- £11.33

I absolutely love this gift idea!

As someone who adores coming home on a cold winter night, snuggling down with a blanket and a hot cup of tea or hot chocolate, I think this gift would be absolutely perfect!

Not only would this product look really cute, It would also be practical, as in, you wont burn the hands off yourself when you just want to hold your cup of tea...

The mug hugger also has a pocket on the front of it, which on the website claims can hold your favourite tea bag, but I reckon you could easily shove a biscuit into that front pocket.. mmm custard creams! oh bourbon creams!

But yeah, why not purchase someone this small, quirky gift for their stocking this Christmas season!
